Mike is a short fiction author, freelance writer, and astronomy enthusiast who has been studying the sky recreationally for over twelve years.
His words and images on astronomy have appeared in publications such as the Hamilton Spectator, Cargo Literary, Guelph Today, and Backpacker. He lives in Guelph, Ontario with his wife and pets.
In 2020 he began his journey into astrophotography and astro-journalism with the goal of sharing his passion and experience with other budding astronomers.
